|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.|

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and confitions apply to all transactions on www.thedigitaldictationshop.co.uk. The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. These terms and conidtions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be aleast 18 years of age. Invoice with delivery is not available to first time customers and purchases made by first time customers MUST be paid using either a credit/debit card or by cheque. Purchases made by cheque will be dispatched once the cheque has reached our main office. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods suject to these terms and conidtions. We have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply an goods ordered by you.
Description of Goods/Warranty and Liability
Although we warrant that the goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by us all products we sell are of a technical nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full details are available from the original manufacturers brochures & websites. Except where the Customer is dealing as a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, section 12) all other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose, merchantability or conditions of the goods whether implied by Statute, Common Law or otherwise are excluded and the Customer warrants that the Customer is satisfied as to the Suitability of the Goods for the Customer's purpose Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
If you buy goods which have no published technical specifications, it is your responsibility to establish the suitability of the goods for your intended purpose.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Product Images / Specifications:
Whilst we endeavour to ensure all images and specifications are correct at the time of publication, they do vary. As such we can accept no responsibility for incorrect images/information. If however you spot a mistake with an image or with a products specification please let us know here.
This is a UK site only. Orders will only be accepted from UK residents for UK delivery, paid for with UK credit cards or PayPal. On the order you must provide us with your exact address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.
Our failure to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of our rights or remedies in respect of any present or future default of the Customer in performance or compliance with any of these Terms and Conditions.
In the event that any or any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent such term, condition or provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Condition shall be construed in accordance with English Law.
|Shipping And Handling Availability of Goods|
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. However it is our policy to contact you if a product is out of stock and if you do not wish to proceed with the order or for any reason we cannot supply the product we will arrange for the order to be cancelled.
|Delivery Schedule Delivery charges and esimated timescales are specified when you place your order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. S&G willl be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within esitmated timescales,|
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.|
|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .|
|Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.|
|Guarantee All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Original Manufacturers Guarantee for a period of 12 months or longer if relevant, this is in addition to the consumers statutory rights.|
If you think that the product you have purchased is faulty or incompatible with your computer system we may refer you to the manufacturer, due to their extensive knowledge of their product. If the manufacturer agrees that the product is faulty, in most cases they will be able to authorise a replacement/repair of the product direct to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
A restocking fee of up to 25% is charged on returns, which prove to be non-defective. It is therefore imperative that you have made contact with the manufacturer first. The restocking fee is non-negotiable. In all instances when contacting a Manufacturer you must retain the reference code that you are given.
Opened software shall not be accepted for credit or exchange. If any discs are found to be faulty you may be asked to contact the manufacturer directly.

|Returns Policy S&G will not accept goods for credit or rectification unless such return of goods has been authorised by S&G. The goods must be received by S&G in stock condition, with original packaging and software unopened and in tact.|
S&G reserves the right at its sole discretion whether to accept the return of the goods or whether to rectify the goods or whether to issue a credit note in respect thereof. S&G reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on goods returned for credit which are not in stock condition. The purchaser shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of outward and return carriage and insurance of all goods returned by the purchaser to S&G for service or credit which goods shall be at the risk of the purchaser until actual receipt of the goods by S&G. The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the purchaser. All items returned to S&G by pre-arrangement and found to contain no fault, will be subject to a 20% restocking charge, provided the goods are in original stock condition. Any downward variation of this restocking charge shall be at the sole discretion of S&G. No credit shall be allowed for goods until they have been received complete. A Full Credit will only be given on items returned within 7 Days from Purchase. If a credit is to be given, the original carriage charge will not be refunded/credited.
